i thought my 2 months summer vacation here in dipolog would always be like that: tambay at home, boriiiiing. but then during the last week of my stay (before i go back to Dumaguete) was filled with fun and laag. hahaha! i was really "busy" for the whole week. well actually, this "busy" thing started 2 weeks ago. :)
last May11 Wednesday, Dad and I went to shoe stores to buy me a pair of rubber shoes so i could go with him jogging at the boulevard early in the morning, everyday. he first got his pair at the "ukay2x" and since i don't like any of those pairs, i didn't get mine yet. so we went to Meryl Shoes and finally! i had chosen a pair of Red shoes at a cheap price. and guess what? before i actually tried it, i found a very cute pair of brown sandals. in the end, dad had to buy me those two pairs: the rubber shoes and the sandals. hahaha! thanks, papa! :)
on the morrow, May 12 at 6am, Penpen and Emem (for the first time, nikoug) went with Daddy to jog at the boulevard. t'was tiresome, but it's okay! c(:
when Friday came, May 13 around 5pm, Penpen, Emem and Mom went to fish port. did what? ukay2x! hehehe. t'was their opening (every friday afternoon) so the stocks are "new". well, we have chosen and bought some very good conditioned tops. and i thanked mom for buying me some. :D
May 14 Saturday, it's Emem's turn. in the afternoon, Mom, Penpen, Miemie and Emem went to Friendly Mart to buy what this little girl wants; a shirt, leggings, a pair of doll shoes. suyaan kaayu. just because we bought ours, she also wanted like what we got. hehehe. :)
on Sunday May 15, it seemed like a mini family reunion when Kuya Pongpong arrived from Dumaguete and Aunty Jaylem paid us a visit in the aftee. we had lotsa chit-chatting, some ice cream and snacks, and of course, picture taking. around 5pm when Kuya went to Calamba. that's actually his purpose of coming back here; mamista sa Calamba. hahaha.
Monday seemed like a rest day since i just stayed at home, nothing to do. but on the night of 17th of May Tuesday, t'was really amazing and unforgettable. Aunty Jaylem brought Penpen, Miemie and Emem together with Uncle Nick, Uncle Clive and Thomas in Gloria de Dapitan's Fantasyland. (t'was an advance celebration for Thomas' birthday). Aunty bought 3 ride-all-you-can tickets for herself, Penpen and Miemie; 2 Kids' Ticket for Thomas and Emem; and 2 just sight seeing tickets for the two uncles. we really had great time that night. before we went home, Aunty, Penpen & Miemie had a last ride with the bumper cars. that's our favorite. oh, not just once, twice, but lotsa rounds. there were few more riders, but we three were the last. hahaha! our 500 was worth it in the last minute. :)
in the next morning, May 18 Wednesday, high school friends went to Dapitan City. nag-invite raw kasi si Kier for her niece' birthday. (pru murag kami ra may bisita atung adlawa. well, maybe children's party tu pagkagabie. hehehe.) we had lunch there, watched tv, took pictures and chit-chatted. around 4pm, we went and climbed to Ilihan Hill. since t'was getting boring, we decided to go to Dipolog for some halo-halo. and we met lotsa hs friends and classmates at the boulevard. yay~
on the 19th, i was really bored at home. so i decided to convince dad to go somewhere. after paying our bill at Zaneco, we went straight to Lee Plaza (pahangin lang. hahaha). i texted hyung and after some hours, nagkita kami. weee~ i miss maica hyung a lot. :)
in the afternoon of 20th May, i accompanied Aunty Jaylem to the grocery store to buy the foods we need for our Aliguay trip on Saturday. we went to LP to buy our meat & other needs. then to Dipolog Mall to buy cakes for Thomas. then went back home. and on the 21st, off to Aliguay!
we had a trip of an hour before we arrived at Aliguay. after brunch, Penpen & Miemie decided to tour the island. well, we just followed the pathway all the way around the island and back to Ranillo's Inn. t'was a very very hot noon walk. idk how many kilometers we've walked, just that t'was a bit tiresome. phew~ and after that, i then went to the sea and had a swim wherein Mom, Lola Feding, Kuya Pong, Emem and Thomas already took their swim. the water was crystal clear. we just went home around 4pm. thanks for that one Aunty Jaylem! :)
